To be clear, I'm generally more of a traditional yoga guy. Anyway, I know DDP (not personally) and I know of DDP yoga but this was my first time trying the work out. I really don't want to have neck and back surgery, and since it's congenital it basically means I was born with a small spinal column and I actually don't have a ton of degradation but the degradation I do have impacts me a lot more than people with a normal size spinal column. 10 reviews of DDP YOGA Performance Center 'How am I the first person to review the performance center Weird. My question, has anyone else been in a similar situation to me and gone the DDP Yoga route? if so, what can you tell me about your experience and timeline of improvement. I'm only two days in and the work outs are much harder than I anticipated but in a good way. I normally am more of a weight lifting type guy and never really considered yoga, but I can't ignore the testimonials of the people who have had their lives changed. I've decided to throw in with DDP Yoga and see if it's something that could help me. I did a course of PT and it helped for a bit but it slid back to where it is now pretty quick. Well it wasn’t cheap, but it was really well-written and delivered 2 days before the deadline.
Didn't do it hard and it was an accident, but that pain radiated up and down my arms for days and caused even more cramping in my hands. Like, just picking up my morning coffee I could feel my arms getting fatigued. Dropping stuff and fumbling where as normally it was never an issue. Cramps in my hands making it hard to even game.
